Indonesian slang

Mager

Too lazy to move; can't be bothered to get up or go out.

Short for malas gerak (“lazy to move”)

How it's used

Mager is the feeling of not wanting to leave the bed, the couch or the house. It's used as an adjective (gue mager banget) and is one of the most common slang words in everyday chat. Casual and harmless — it's a mood, not an insult.
